13th of the Month Fatima Devotions will begin Tuesday, May 13 and continue on each 13th of the month until October.
The devotion is simple: a few prayers in honor of Our Lady of Fatima and recitation of the Rosary. We usually begin at 6:00pm in front of St. Ann Shrine (or in the church if it is raining), but because May 13th is also the evening for our young Parishioners to make their Confirmation at Altoona Cathedral, we will begin this time at 5:30pm so I have time to participate here and then get to the Cathedral by 7:00pm.

Back By Popular Demand: The Search.
We will gather each Tuesday evening in May from 7-8 pm at SA Hall. This series leads viewers to the deepest questions of the human heart, exploring the meaning and purpose of life with a visually stunning and intellectually stimulating approach. It guides viewers through an examination of life and death, sorrow and happiness, science and faith. Astrophysicists, psychologists, astronauts, neuroscientists, professors, athletes, artists, and the beauty of the cosmos all point to one big conclusion: Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church. Please join us – even if you missed a session or two. Bring a friend (especially if you have someone who is questioning their faith or who has been away from the Church). You won’t be disappointed!

Prayer to
Saint Francis Xavier

Great Saint Francis, well beloved and full of charity, in union with you I reverently adore the Divine Majesty.  I give thanks to God for the singular gifts of grace bestowed on you in life and of glory after death, and I beg of you, with all the affection of my heart, by your powerful intercession, obtain for me the grace to live a holy life and die a holy death.  I beg you to obtain for me (mention your petition).  But if what I ask is not for the glory of God and for my well-being, obtain for me,
I beseech you, what will more certainly attain these ends.
Amen.
